Nair Service Society Of CHICAGO (NSS OF CHICAGO)
NSS OF CHICAGO Is a non profit association of the Nair expatriates in the Midwest region of the United States of America. It is the concretisation of a sincere desire among the Nair community in a foreign land to revive and reinforce the ethnic inclusiveness that KERALA epitomises. The focus of the Organization is on activities related to a comprehensive and all encompassing development of the Nair community both in the USA and in India. Earnest efforts are taken to help the disadvantaged people of the Nair Community, to enrich the indigenous culture , and to extend a platform for all the accomplished members to showcase their talents.

To connect with the world of Aesthetics and to ensure a holistic development of its members NSS of Chicago successfully conducts Music classes under the tutelage of Dr. Pandalam Balan.This opportunity is equally utilized by the seniors and juniors.
NSS of Chicago also has a Spiritual Committee that arranges Bhajan classes to take care of the spiritual well being of the members
Scholarship
“Education is a battle against Poverty.”
NSS of Chicago has instituted scholarships for deserving students within and outside the Community.The eligibility is decided on the basis of the financial status, academic performance and conduct report.
Kerala Kalolsavam
Art and Literature transcend all spatial and temporal parameters and challenge the chains of caste creed and religion . NSS of Chicago’s Kerala Kalolsavam is a Great Indian Art and Literary Festival reminiscent of the Youth Festivals in Kerala.The Kalolsavam conducted successfully in 2021 and 2022 received unprecedented accolades , with nearly 1000 participants from the whole of North America.
